Reception Room 2 - The Orange Room

Approx 4m * 4m with access from the 1st Reception Room, Kitchen and Utility Room and Bathroom.

Lower floor heated by a flame free catalytic gas heater that is exceptionally safe. There is also an electrical effect wood burner. These rooms are cool in the summer so we haven't found the need for air conditioning.

TV and Sky included. Furniture and Sofas were purchased brand new and have had very little wear. Furniture is solid Mexican Pine.
